Problem: What lies below Florida's Intracoastal Waterway can raise havoc with budgets and schedules. In this case, A.R.E experienced locating interference with the off-set wireline grid.
Solution: The job was temporarily halted while a new set of wires was set for more accurate readings. A call to Bell South confirmed that their lines were not involved. With a new locating grid in place, we quickly located the submerged debris - old utility poles which were not previously identified by the utility. Thanks to this careful approach, and visual inspection, the job was back on track with virtually no impact on time and budget.
Problem: A duct bank job was beset with conflicting utility issues and, even more critical, a high groundwater level.
Solution: In order to combat the problem, A.R.E. relied on a carefully chosen, well-point pumping system that allowed the completion of the duct without delay. Again, this is one more example of having the right tools - and the experience - for the job.
